Right of return

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of purchase in accordance with Moldovan consumer-protection law.

The product must retain its saleable condition, complete set, packaging and proof of purchase. Returns of some product categories may be restricted by law. Faulty products are handled under the applicable statutory procedure.

How to request a return

Before returning an item, contact us at +373 78 397 909 or mail@jblstore.md. Provide the order number, product name and reason for the request.

After inspection, the refund is made using the original payment method; card payments are returned to the card used for purchase. Requests are processed within 14 days.
