Terms of service

These terms govern the use of wavesound.md and purchases from S.R.L. SMART ELECTRO. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.

Orders and payment

Website information is not an irrevocable public offer. An order is confirmed after our manager verifies stock, price and delivery. All payments are made in MDL. For online payments, card data is processed by the payment provider; the store does not receive the full card number.

Price and availability

We work to keep prices and stock current. If a technical error is identified before confirmation, our manager provides the correct terms and the customer may confirm or cancel the order.

Personal data is used to process orders, arrange delivery, communicate with customers, provide analytics and for the purposes described in our privacy policy.
