The Fives, The Sevens and The Nines combine amplification and connections in one stereo pair. The differences begin with cabinet size and affect placement and system choice. This guide covers the original models without II in their names; later-generation specifications do not automatically apply.

Size matters more than an arbitrary room-area limit
The Nines are almost 49 cm tall and about 34 cm deep. Picture that on your furniture before ordering. Draw each cabinet’s footprint on paper or mark it with tape: is there still room for the TV, cables and turntable? Remember that you are placing two speakers.
We do not assign rigid limits such as “only for rooms up to 20 m²”. Listening distance, open doorways, volume and wall placement all matter. For a desk, start by checking The Fives’ dimensions; for a dedicated listening area, assess whether Sevens or Nines can be positioned properly.
Placement: two speakers, a cable and rear ports
All three models use rear bass-reflex ports. Leave room for the port and cables rather than wedging the cabinet into a tight shelf. Start with symmetrical placement around your listening position and, where possible, tweeters roughly at ear height. Adjust the positions in small steps.
Bluetooth receives music from your source, but the speakers connect to each other by cable. Plan its route between the left and right positions before buying stands. The speaker containing the electronics also needs access to a power socket.

TV use: HDMI ARC and stereo sound
The original Fives, Sevens and Nines specify HDMI ARC. Do not assume eARC or generation II features. Use the TV’s ARC/eARC port and check CEC and audio-output settings. If there is no sound, start with PCM/stereo and the manual for your exact model.
The pair reproduces left and right channels. If Atmos height effects and separate rear speakers are your priority, compare this setup with a soundbar or a multichannel system. For music and TV through one stereo pair, focus first on placement and connection convenience.
Vinyl: use one phono stage
The RCA input switches between Phono and Line. If your turntable already delivers line-level audio through an internal or external phono preamp, select Line on the speakers. To use the speakers’ built-in phono stage, check cartridge compatibility in the manual and send a signal without an additional phono stage.
Two phono stages in series can cause overloaded, distorted sound. Turn the volume down before switching. If you hear hum, check connections and the grounding arrangement in the manual. Place the turntable on a stable surface protected from speaker vibration.
Do you need a subwoofer, and which pair fits?
Every pair has a powered-subwoofer output, leaving room for a later upgrade. Listen to the chosen pair in your room first: the decision depends on your music, desired bass and volume. A larger cabinet does not remove placement effects, and total system power in the table is not the power of each speaker.
The Fives are the first candidate when space is limited. Consider The Sevens when you can accommodate a larger pair. The Nines require the most careful planning of furniture or stands. To order in Moldova, open the product pages below, choose a finish and check the current price and pair contents.
